Hossam was excellent. Was honest and worked to accommodate as best as possible. He’s friendly and knows his stuff. I would definitely work with Hossam again and recommend people his way. Dealer posts bogus positive reviews for themselves on DealerRater to make it look like they’re highly rated. It’s so blatantly obvious when looking at the “names” of the people reviewing this dealership. DealerRater to make it look like they’re highly rated. It’s so blatantly obvious when looking at the “names” of the people reviewing this dealership. It’s a shame there isn’t more control over bogus reviews and that DealerRater allows this to happen. In addition to the dealer leaving themselves bogus positive reviews (numbering over 4,000!) in such a short period of time, they also advertise prices that are well below book value just to get people to inquire about a car. When you start talking numbers with them, the real cost of the car comes out. Like thousands of dollars more for absolutely ridiculous fees and dealer add-ons. Steer clear of Planet Honda! More
