Eddie apologized for the inconvenience and told me that Planet Honda would pay for a car rental until my car was finished, and they DID!!! Eddie was really focused on keeping me happy. I was extremely happy and surprised. I will continue to purchase my cars from Planet Honda because they ALWAYS do a great job and its done with a friendly face. I give Planet Honda and Eddie an A+ for customer satisfaction. Planet Honda is the only dealership for me!!! More

This is my 5th Honda purchase. I have NEVER had anything but great service with exceptionally wonderful sales/service people. My last purchase was a 2009 Honda CRV which I picked up yesterday. The Frankie Talarico, my salesman, was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. His manager, Gang Wang knew his "stuff" and didn't try to "fool" us. I had pinstripping put on the car, and the job done by John Murray was terrific. The overall experience was fast and fun. At the same time, my son had to have his Honda Ridgeline's bumper repaired. The guys in the Body Shop under Paul Ferreira's direction were excellent too. More

Called and confirm the type and color of vehicle and the sales person confired the vehicle in stock. By the time we get there the manager said they dont' have the vehicle and was trying to sell me an altern sales person confired the vehicle in stock.
