It was terrible experience I had with the Planet Honda and their staffs.Incompetent ,lieres and not trustworthy staffs.Trained to screw-up the customers. They call me to the dealership with the promise in and their staffs.Incompetent ,lieres and not trustworthy staffs.Trained to screw-up the customers. They call me to the dealership with the promise in writing to beat or match the deal I got it from DCH Academy and they were no were near to the numbers.They call me saying they have lot of stocks and there was only one car.They were quoting me $1500.00 above other dealer and forcing me convince they are better and to take the car.Big time losersss....I dont recomend anybody to go to this dealership...as they dont keep words or commitment given by the internet manager.No value for the customers time and no professionalism.They make me wait for an hour to complain to the GM- Mr.Eddie Amorin and he didnt even turned up or show his face.Im sure he avoided the meeting.They litteraly push me out as they cant match or beat the deal from DCH Academy.Mr.Baron has to treat his anger and try to treat the customers politely and rather not take his frustration towards the customers. This Honda dealership in Union New Jersey is a very good dealer. They are easy to locate, and easy to do business with. Their on-site selection of new Honda Models is large. They are not pushy. My recent experience with this Honda Dealership's Service Department was a pleasant one. They were very attentive and the work was top quality. They did not try to say I needed brakes or tires when I didn't. Department was a pleasant one. They were very attentive and the work was top quality. They were to the point, had a look into the problem I was expalining, and had it fixed the same day (they must have a good stockpile of parts!). They are not expensive, they are relatively quick, and the waiting area is actually very clean and nice. I will definitely be going back here. More
Please do not go to this dealership to buy a car. They are deceitful when they sell you the car. I went to test drive a car and then they needed a Boost to start the car. I need them the battery had no charge as indicated by the green eye on the battery. She said they will replace it with a new one. When I took delivery I have seen the battery look the same. Two days later my car would not start and then came back to tell them. They said it was a new battery, so I left. Three days later the car will start again. At this point I was angry and frustrated that they lied to me about the battery. I went to Sears Auto Center and tested the battery which they determined that battery was bad. I just bought a new one from Sears instead of going back to Planet Honda because at this point I did not trust them any longer. They would have still stick with the new battery story. Once they got your money, forget about it. Might have just bought the care "As Is" I have their warranty when I bought the car. It left a bad taste after in mouth that I do not want them to touch my car. I wrote a letter to the general manager and still waiting for him to get back to me. If I don't hear from him, I will file a complaint to the BBB and consumer affairs about their ethics. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place. Its not worth the time, hassle, and frustration you might get. Just wanted to share my story. More
Planet Honda should be called Honda Universe! The store is great, with lots of Hondas right on Route 22 West in Union, easy to find. And they have a lot of the cool Honda models, too, not just the plain Ci is great, with lots of Hondas right on Route 22 West in Union, easy to find. And they have a lot of the cool Honda models, too, not just the plain Civics and Accords, but they have the sporty Si models, the S2000, in cool colors, too. You'll want to buy all the cars! I got a great deal on a Civic Si, cool car, blue, and the guys there were great to work with. They made the whole experience a breeze, so thanks guys!! Buy your next Honda here! More
Frankie was an above-grade salesman who always puts the customer needs first. I merely came in to fix my 2006 Accord LX and walked out with a 2009 CRV-Great!! However, the sales representative are there to add their knowledge and no how to any question that cannot be automatically answers with a manual or the description posted on the window pane. I believe Frankie is one of the reasons as to why Plant Honda continues to be a success among those dealership on Route 22. With his value of customer service he and so many others like him retain the Honda customer through the years. More

Planet Honda - you'll know the store from the enormous Planet sign out front - has a huge selection of all Honda models, and sure enough they had my new 2009 Honda Civic Si in Red - Rallye Red, a very rare color, the best color Honda you can get. I traded in a Honda Accord, and I got a great price both on the trade and the new car. The financing took too long, sighning all the paperwork, but in the end my monthly payment was actually lower so all's well that ends well. The car is great, too, am having a blast driving around Jersey. More
