Dear jiby28: I have reviewed your complaint regarding your recent experience at Planet Honda. I am obviously dismayed by the fact that you thought you were mistreated. Here at Planet Honda we pride ourselves on our history of superior customer satisfaction. In fact, we are one of the few recipients of Honda’s President’s Award. While we strive to ensure that every customer is satisfied, sometimes miscommunications and misunderstandings occur. We cannot always match a price quote exactly from another dealership because very often there are differences in equipment on the vehicle or the fees that other dealers charge. Consequently, while we strive to provide our customers with the best price possible there are times where another dealer will resort to various tricks and games to make it seem like their price is lower when in actuality our final transaction price may be superior. They Paid for new battery that they were suppose to change that had issues? Yes, they reimbursed the cost but lying to the customer saying it was new was clearly a deceitful practice. I wouldn't come back for service even if its free. I rather do my own service, at least I know it will be done right myself. I just don't trust Planet Honda after what happened.
