This is my second Pilot from this dealership. Just like the first visit, from the moment I walked in until the time I drove off the lot my experience with everyone involved was actually a "10". From the general manager, Ed Amorin to my salesman Teddy, I was treated with respect, all my questions were answered and the entire process of buying the car was explained to me. I received a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the Pilot and if I had any additional questions. The staff was kind and courteous. I just have to say again, the general manager, Ed Amorin, assured that the deal was handled with the utmost of care. He went above and beyond to satisfy me, the customer. I was highly recommended to Planet Honda by a good friend. I had been in the hospital on bedrest from February 18 on and gave birth to triplets on 3/6. My kids came early so they were in the NICU and had been for eight weeks. We knew we needed a minivan but with all the craziness in our lives we had not been able to get one. I went to Planet Honda and met with Eddie the sales director who listened to my needs and then put me in the capable hands of Steven March. Steven worked with my budget, the requirements with triplets and had many good suggestions too. That very same evening I drove home in a new Honda Odyssey Minivan. Steven stayed late to accomodate me and the crazy schedule I was dealing with, he helped me clean out my car and put my belongings into the new van and made a point to show me the car and make sure I was comfortable before driving home. I left the dealership at 11:45 pm and Steven was still there - he really was amazing. What also impressed me was how nice everyone else was too. While I was waiting for paperwork to be completed many of the folks came over and congratulated me and spent time talking with me. They are a great team and everyone was very nice. In a time where customer service seems to have disappeared it was a great relief to find it at Planet Honda and with Steven. He really helped me out in a time of need. More

Christopher lured me into the dealership by saying that 'Planet Honda blows all other quotes out of the water. And, I mean, not by a little, by A LOT!' So we fell into the trap. We went to the dealership and it was about 8:20pm where we were passed off by this guy Chris to another sales person. We proceeded to wait at a DISGUSTING desk of some other sales person (not even the person who was to help us) who had already gone home for the day. I say disgusting because right in front of me was an open package of crackers and crumbs everywhere on the desk. I noticed that right behind us was a row of desks where the Finance Managers sit. They were all sitting and talking to eachother, laughing and CURSING while doing so. THIS ALL IN THE SHOWROOM! How courteous. Finally, the new sales guy arrived. He took my address and I cut right to the chase. I showed him my quote in writing and bluntly said 'if you can't beat it, I am going right to the other dealership.' He took it to some guy that was one of the Managers sitting in a row of desks right behind me. He made me wait for 25 minutes (while talking to the Finance Manager who was cursing a little while earlier) and then came back and proceeded to tell me that there is NO way that I was getting the deal that was in writing. He said that they were going to make me pay a lot more-of-pocket number I was shown. He tried to create some bs and then I thanked him and left the store. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNRELIABLE. More

I have always been a Ford Mercury girl. I have had several of their cars from the Escort to the Sable and have never had any problems.
