Turned in my Jeep lease (early ) for a Honda Pilot. Frankie greeted me at the door of Planet Honda and was a pleasure to work with. Very thorough. They called to say they had the truck we wanted and would give us a price $500 lower than the quote we had received from a different Honda dealer. Just print out the quote and bring it along. When we got there, we were told there had been an inventory mistake and they only had the more expensive model (which they knew we didn't want - but they tried anyway). We felt tricked and annoyed. Then the double talk really started - they said they actually HAD the car which they had originally promised - but it was a demo. We could have been ok with that, but when they showed it with sand and beachtoys in the trunk and a baby seat in the back - AND 1500 miles on it, we were wondering exactly what they were up to. We decided to negotiate a lower price if we purchased the truck (because of the 1500 mileage) - and instead we were told that they were not going to honor the quote we brought with us - that it was no longer valid and they upped the price by $1500 instead - we were speechless. Needless to say we left abruptly and caution everyone to beware of this dealer's tricks and lies. More

I placed a $500 deposit on a used car and when I came back to finish the transaction the car was not available anymore; sales rep didn't know what happened to the car and tried to sell us another car. I wish I had nice things to say about this dealer. The purchase went well but the customer service since has been horrible. People don't answer their phones, they don't take care of their customers needs purchase went well but the customer service since has been horrible. If you actually get someone on the phone they belittle your concerns as if they are not important and act like your "lucky" they are helping you. The rep even blatantly lied to us about being at work. It's pretty ridiculous. All we want is to move on with our lives and we are stuck waiting for this dealership to get their act together. I don't understand how they could have won a customer service award at any point because I have not received this "award winning" customer service at all. More
