So far so good. Bought last year's model on 7/31/10. No hard sell. Frankie showed me what was on the lot and answered my questions. Overall I ended up spending less out the door than I had budgeted for. Do your research and know what you want to pay and you'll be fine. Negotiations were polite and professional. Arrived at the dealership, and with zero runaround, Baron referred me to Frankie, who worked with me to complete the transaction quickly, without drama. An hour and a half later (had to prep the car!), I drove off the lot in our new Accord. Can't speak for the quality of repairs/maintenance at this point (just got the car 2 days ago), but it looked like a good setup, and if their sales process is any indication of their shop work, I'm in good hands. We bought the car near the end of the model year, on the next-to-last day of the month and came prepared with information from the web on the distribution of prices for the exact model we wanted, email price quotes from two dealerships, and the dealership's own email statement that they would match prices. Prior to buying this car, we had visited 5 dealerships from three different manufacturers. We feel that this preparation helped a lot. More

The manager came over and introduced himself. Both salesman and manager were very friendly and very courtious. It was late evening,so after making a deal we said that we would like to go get something for dinner and would come back to pick-up the car afterwards. The manager offered to buy us dinner,something I never expected. Anyways,We got the car we wanted at a great price and we would recomend Planet Honda to everyone. More
