I decided to do my used car shopping at this dealership because they had low advertised prices and also great reviews on DealerRater. I had called up to make an appointment to look at one of their cars, and they were ready for me when I got there. During the beginning stages of my visit, I was pleased to find that the salesmen were not pushy. Jim was very professional, helpful, and friendly. He offered lots of information, and I did not feel rushed at all. They didn't even require, or ask for, any contact information or identification until after the test drive when we were talking money. It took a lot of work to talk the price down - they seemed to be very determined to keep the price exactly where it was advertised on the internet (which was lower than the sticker price on the car), claiming that this was as low as it could be. However, after awhile, we got the price down to a place where I was very happy. While I definitely felt pressure from their side during negotiations, it was far more comfortable than some other places I have been to, and I would definitely recommend Planet Honda as a great place to shop for a used car. When negotiations were over, Jim was very friendly and patient as he helped me complete the sales process. More

This was a great experience buying this car - I think that Steve the sales person was very professional. He expalined every detail of the proceedure and I was able to drive out of the dealership with a that Steve the sales person was very professional. Went in to dealer tonight with a lease to turn in from another car maker. Was WAY over mileage and some wear and tear...this dealer worked with us, went above and beyond to get us a GREAT deal on a new le another car maker. After 3 mths of research and searching, I returned to this dealership to purchase a car for the second time (after 13 years!), because of my previous experience with them and the price quoted was much lower than that of local competitors. Purchased a new 2010 Honda Accord the next day, at the price quoted and drove off in approx 2hrs, with ease. Senior Sales Consultant, Francis Duah's tone was so comfortably professional, I felt like I was chatting with my brother vs. closing the deal. The car inspires over-confidence though...I almost got a speeding ticket my second day on the road! I hope my next car purchasing experience will be just as flawlessly, stress free. Loved it. More
