Staff is unprofessional. Once deal is make they don't care about the customer. Never return calls nor answer phones when the customer need sthem. What can I say. Classic Bait and Switch shop. One thing I don't get, how they can get this high of a rating on Dealerrater.com I would not be surprised if dealers at their spare time get on this site and en don't get, how they can get this high of a rating on Dealerrater.com I would not be surprised if dealers at their spare time get on this site and enter good reviews. Spoke to two people before coming over confirming the car I wanted was in stock. When I came in, they got nothing on the lot. Claimed some are coming the following week. Even their website shows cars in inventory but they are not on the lot. I suggest not to read too many good reviews for this dealer that you see on this website. I can't imagine they are capable of doing good, clean business. I mean at this time of slow sales, why would you risk getting a customer pissed. Whatever, you can try your luck. I did not have any with these guys. It all comes down to them willing to sell the car or not at a certain price and that I can understand if they try to add some useless junk to the final paperwork, but knowing your inventory is important and making people waste their time in hopes they can push you into buying once you get in, that is just sad. The atmosphere at the place is nothing less then a zoo. Loud music was playing, people shouting I guess they tried to play psychological games in edging people into a Buy. The base car price we agreed upon on the phone with the sales guy was 2k more at his initial offer. Got up and left. Thanks More
