Planet Honda was very pleasant to deal with and feek I got a reasonable deal. My only minor complaint would be the car was not delivered with all the interior price and warranty stickers removed. Also, I was not made aware of the prior minor accident the car had listed in the CarFax but it turned out to be a minor fender bender. It would have been more confidence inspiring if they were up front about it. All in all, I was very pleased with the experience and I would recommend them. More

Felt very rushed when the salesmen let us take the car for test drive. Only drove for 2 minutes. Had very little time to check out the vehicle. The rushing stopped when we sat at the sales desk. They dealer offered us $2000 less than the value of our trade in. We did reach an agreement on the trade in. Then put an additional amount down on the suv we wanted. We sealed the deal and then had to wait for finance. Once in finance we were rushed again..ended up signing a deal for 28000 on a car worth 19995 online. Charges were added to the price..over $3000.00 and we were doubled taxed. Long story short. Io noticed the mistake the next day and tried calling the dealer. Left messages and called for 9 hours until a sales mgr actually tried helping me. I had to go back the next day to have charges clarified for me. When I left $4000 was taken off the price. If I never said anything I would have been ripped off. I do not recommend this dealer More

However, our experience with Alejandro put us at ease and dealership, my wife & I were very hesitant and cautious about going to another dealership. However, our experience with Alejandro put us at ease and proved to us that there still are people in the car sales business that truly care about the customer. From our initial meeting, Alejandro listened to us as to what type of Ridgeline we wanted, vehicle color, accessories, etc. He didn't try to put in something or sell us add-ons that we were not interested in. My Sales Person Francis Duah is one the all the dealers I visited they were the Most Friendly, No Sales Pressure & Most Importantly Best Price Given. My Sales Person Francis Duah is one the the nicest guys you want to meet. Again no Pressure and no haggling with the price. I gave them the price I was willing to pay and he submitted it to Eddie Amorin and it was a done deal.After getting my best price I recieved a $300 Coupon in the Mail and they also excepted that without a fight. So all in all Dealing with Planet Honda it was a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them. They are not your typical Highway Dealership. More
