After confirmation mails from Alex saying that Planet honda will take $250 off the lowest dealer price offered on the same model and that they honor their offers 100%, i went to their dealership on Nov 30. Got to meet Alex, who introduced Jerry to take us to the car needed. After much hassle of walking, driving to another slot and test driving the car, we had decided upon the car. Now comes the best part. We sit with Jerry who takes my mobile which had the other offer with amount splits constituing the OTD , to his invisible manager. After a while he comes down and says "you know what , i will buy a car myself at this price." I told him that we had clearly communicated this to Alex over emails and why didnt she tell all these and we wouldnt have bothered to turn up at Planet Honda. Jerry is like, no we cant honor this price, show me the hard copy of the other dealer's vehicle papers showing Vin No and other prices. Despite showing Jerry the evidence of other dealer's committed price sent to me over email with all charges split and listed, and questioning him on the commitment made by Planet HOnda over email, Jerry wouldnt say a thing..He would just sit and say i cant do this. he also said that dont get mad at me , i am just an employee.. Despite several requests to meet with Alex or his manager, we were not taken to any higher people. When we walked off from the table, Jerry showed his displeasure and behaved rude which reflected the actual character of this dealer. That is "make fake promises, lure the customer, pressure him and make the deal at their price" ... Jerry may have thought that we will come back and buy the car since it was monthend. THanks to planet honda, we now know there are very few honest dealers and you are not one amongst them. More

I had a very good experience as far as buying a new Honda Pilot LX 4WD SUV from Jerry is concerned. He is an excellent employee and pleasure to deal with. That guy had some attitude issues. I have still not received my permanent registration on Nov 19th, even after my temporary registration expired Nov 9th. I sent a friendly email to the General Sales Manager Eddie, but so far no response. I hope he takes care of the delay to my satisfaction. The sales part was excellent - but follow up has been very very average. Not at all happy about that. More

I have been looking out for Honda Odyssey Touring Elite 2011 model & after thorough research have been talking to 3 dealers over the Internet of which Planet Honda was one. I received aggressive pricing fr 2011 model & after thorough research have been talking to 3 dealers over the Internet of which Planet Honda was one. I received aggressive pricing from all 3 but Based on the emails exchanged with Alessandra & the follow up / commitetent offered by Planet Honda in their ability to match or beat any competitors pricing I decided to visit them yesterday as they told me that they would have the model requested available soon. Alessandra promised that her General Sales Manager would be able to beat & offer me the required pricing. But when I visited them Alex got me hooked on to one of their Sr Sales person Frank Talarico instead of her General Manager & she siad that he would be able to help with everything I needed. Frank helped us see the new Odyssey 2011 model & expalined the details well. And then when we sat down for pricing negotiation the 1st thing they said was that they cannot offer anything lower then the MSRP. Then I showed them the internet pricing that was offered by them which was $2000 lesser then MSRP & the other dealers internet pricing which was almost 3000$ less then MSRP. Aftyer evaluating both they said that they could not match the competitors pricing but somehow they agreed to match the offer made by them over the internet which was still $1000 higher than the quote given by competition. So the written claim put forth by Planet Honda in their email correspondence to self stating that they can beat or match any competitors pricing is completely false. They also had claimed that after buying a car from Planet Honda if we get a better offer from another dealer then they would refuund double the difference in Cash which I now doubt because if they cannot meet their 1st clainm how would they stick to their 2nd claim. And I had to walk out of the dealership yesterday & wasa waste of time visitng them. I really appreciate the follow up made by Alessandra as she has been consistent & honest in her approach but apparently Planet Honda could not keep up to the commitent offered by them & failed their Internet sales personnel. More

I have given Planet Honda top scores b/c my salesman made purchasing a car a very positive experience. I'd been to 2 other Honda dealers prior to this, but Planet Honda was the easiest to deal w/ and the fai purchasing a car a very positive experience. The staff is friendly, courteous, and not pushy. In addition, I was able to inspect my new vehicle from top to bottom before accepting it. Great dealership! More

My wife spent entire afternoon on phone with saleperson negotitating a deal. Everything was agreed upon and they said "Come on in sign the paperwork and drive home you new car". Upon arrival manager (baron ringler) said quoted price was not valid, and they dont give price quotes over the phone. I was standing next to my wife during evey conversation she had with the salesperson and told them what was said. Baron Ringler said "all phone calls are recorded, we do not give out prices." I told him to check the recording. He was gone for about 20 minutes and the female saleperson came back and simply said. "I'll give you a ride home" Baron Ringler (coward) was afraid to speak with me about the recorded phone conversation. I found him and asked him about the phone calls. He said the price agreed upon could not be honored. I then asked what price I could buy the vehicle for and he talked to some other coward loser manager type, came back and gave me a price over 3000 dollars more than original quoted price! He never apologized or made any other offer or gesture to help rectify the situation. THIS DEALERSHIP BLOWS AND IS STAFFED WITH COMPLETE COWARDS. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY OF THE PLANTED HONDA DEALERSHIPS More
