The salesmen were Very helpful, no nonsense, compromised on the price and knew their product very well. Not a typical car dealership experience. My father went to Planet Honda in desperate need of a car for our family. (My mom was in a car accident and the car we had was totaled.) My parent's credit score is not good, so we were really struggling to find a dealership that would 1) be willing to deal with us, 2) take the time to at least try and help us out and 3) have the patience to help us. My dad came home with a 2009 Ford Taurus THE SAME DAY he went to speak with Marcos at Planet Honda. He assured my dad that they would be able to help us out and work on the financing, even with his lower credit score. I was also in need of a car for myself. My dad told Marcos this and Marcos suggested my dad bring me in so we could see if we could have done anything for me. MY credit score is even worse (I am 24 and made some bad decisions credit wise in the past), so I was POSITIVE there was no way I could get a car. I went anyway with my dad, and Marcos got me into a 2008 Honda Civic. Marcos and the manager (I forgot his name, I am sorry) and the entire staff at "Planet Honda" are truly amazing. We went to other dealerships before "Planet Honda" and the staff didn't even bother to TRY and help us out. Marcos, the manager, and the finance team at "Planet Honda" went above and beyond to help us get the cars we needed. They were patient, willing to work with us and what we had, and on top of all that, they are some of the friendliest people I have ever met in my life. The stress my family and I had about not having the amount of cars we needed was almost unbearable at times, but everyone at "Planet Honda" assured us that they would work it out for us, and they certainly did. We were blessed that we were able to get one car, but to be able to have now TWO cars is truly a HUGE blessing and we are so thankful for "Planet Honda", Marcos, the manager of "Planet Honda", the finance team, and the rest of the staff there. Their kindness, understanding, patience, and willingness to work is outstanding and I WILL be recommending this dealership to everyone I know and we will be going back there in September when my younger brother will be needing a car as well. This dealer is all about lie promises. We bought a new car from this dealer and made a payment of 10000 dollars by check rest finance. When we checked our car which was NEW' 11 honda pilot model the bump car from this dealer and made a payment of 10000 dollars by check rest finance. When we checked our car which was NEW' 11 honda pilot model the bumper was scratched and ripped from a side. And the NEW CAR which we bought ended up going to repair shop before we get it. Anyway, the sales person told us that the bumber will be replaced with a new one and I agreed to that. It was to my surprise next day when i found that the NEW CAR's bumber is not being changed but being repaired like sanding, coloring etc etc...dont forget it was a NEW CAR. On top of that when we complaint for this the MANAGER said we cannot replace the bumber, I said give me another car...manager said we cannot give you any other car. So, we decided to cancel our order and get our money back. The manager who was never taught by anybody (his parents or owner of Planet Honda) how to deal with customer in good and bad situations. Honda Planet sales guys think that if they are selling any car to you or any customer they are doing a BIG FAVOUR. In nut shell, if you love yourself or have self respect dont go there, sooner or later you will be insulted. I would rather give 1000$ to any other dealer for not having trouble after you sign a deal and matter of fact you don't have any idea what would you get from PLANET HONDA. Whosoever is writing good reviews for them, I think they are "EMPLOYEES THEMSELVES" OR THEIR FAMILIES. BEST OF LUCK FOR YOUR CAR SEARCH BUT BEWARE OF PLANET HONDA. More

I walked in with a friend of mine who was buying a car. I had an excellent experience purchasing my Honda CR-V for the second time from Planet Honda. I worked with the sales person Francis K. Duah for both purchases. He told us up front what will be the cost of our car including all fees and taxes...basically the out-the-door price. This way we knew exactly how much we were going to pay for the car. There were no hidden charges that some dealers try to sneak in there way at the late end of the game when you are just too tired to back out of the deal.
