I had a hard time at a dealership before trying planet honda,so needless to say my expectations were quite low. He was patient and thorough in his presentation of the Honda Cr-V which we were purchasing. Jay Morris was also helpful. A gentlemen named "C" (not sure that's how you spell his name) was very congenial, as he was the person who completed the financial paperwork with us. i was ready to trade in my '99 honda accord with 148,658 miles for a 2008 with <40,000 miles and <$17000. i did some internet research on north jersey dealers, picked out a couple with the best selection/pr miles for a 2008 with <40,000 miles and <$17000. i did some internet research on north jersey dealers, picked out a couple with the best selection/prices and then went to see them. when i went to planet honda, i met with salesperson Frankie Talarico and he showed me a couple used cars. then we sat down to crunch some numbers. he pointed out that if i bought a used car i'd be financing at 4.9% but a new car would only be 0.9% and, when it was all said and done, the price difference was minimal but i was buying a brand new car. he made some really good points and i'm glad he did. he was friendly, knowlegable and he also listened to what i had to say. in the past 30 years, i've bought 3 accords, 1 civic and 1 fit, all from different nj dealers and my experience at planet honda was the best out of all of them. i highly recommend them. thanks guys.
