BEWARE - This dealership has "Certified Used Cars" on their car windows and they advertise on their website that cars are "Certified" however after calling to verify the price and then driving 2 Cars" on their car windows and they advertise on their website that cars are "Certified" however after calling to verify the price and then driving 2 hours to see the car...on the test drive we commented on the certification and what was included...when we learned by the salesperson that the online sale price of $19,998 did NOT include the "Certification" and the sticker on the windshield that clearly read "Certified" was also FALSE...then when we returned to speak to the manager the dealership wanted to add in the additional $1995 for the certification and another $16995 for cost they called "dealer Prep" - however no one could explain what these charges included. FRAUD is the only word that comes to mind and they also asked to see a copy of our check before they would make any deals. Another family they asked for their debit card...which they also questioned the reasonings behind. Upon exiting the dealership the finacial guy attempted to try to prove to us that they were giving us a deal....I told him he should be arrested for FRAUD AND FALSE ADVERTISEMENT and all potential buyers should also be made aware.....if you buy from this dealership... Don't way that you were not warned!!!!! More

My wife and I were in the market for a Honda Odyssey EX-L. We did an internet quote to about 15 dealers. When we spoke to Planet Honda, they gave us the price that we wanted and they stated that they wo EX-L. We did an internet quote to about 15 dealers. When we spoke to Planet Honda, they gave us the price that we wanted and they stated that they would have the colour and trim level that we wanted. My wife gave them a $500 deposit and set an appointment with Steve for Saturday March 12th. When we got to the dealership, Steve greeted us with a smile and courtesy. We discussed our timeline for delivery and how we wanted the van delivered. Steve did not apply any pressure nor denied any of our requests. He introduced us to one of the finance managers who happened to be his uncle, Gary. We did not have financing at that point and Gary stated that we should see what we could get on our own. We never saw the colour in person that we wanted. We told Steve that we would buy our van from him but would want to see the colour in person before we finalized the deal. Steve agreed and said it would not be a problem. We left in good spirits and Steve told us that he would call us to let us know when the vehicle arrived at the dealer. Steve called us during the following week stating that the vehicle arrived. We called back and stated that we would only make it on Saturday March 19th. We set the appointment and we got approved for a loan from a bank. When we arrived, Steve greeted us warmly again and arranged for us to go see the vehicle in the lot. After seeing the vehicle, we agreed that we would get vehicle and return the following week. We sat to go over the paper work when Gary came over and asked what rate I got for my loan. I told him and then he said that he would be able to take care of me. It was from that point the delivery process started. Gary worked with us and was able to offer us a rate that could not be beaten. Steve was with us after we settled on the financing and through the entire delivery process. Considering that we did not intend on taking delivery until the following week, Steve and Gary made it possible for us to not only complete the sale one week early but also able to get better financing than my bank could offer me. Through the entire sales process Steve was professional and courteous. I would tell anyone who is in the market for a Honda to see Steve at Planet Honda. More
