I was greeted by Frank outside when I arrived. I told him what I was looking for and he got the vehicle and we test drove it right away. he answered all of my questions. The price for the vehicle was EXACTLY what they quote. There was no hassling involved. I worked with Graham Combes. He was great and fantastic to work with. The exact car I wanted was delivered on time and preped perfectly. This was THE BEST car buying experience I ever had. I would recommend Graham and this dealership to everyone. More

I have actually been a Planet Honda customer for almost 13 years, between purchasing and leasing Civics/CRVs over that time span. I have dealt with many different sales people/managers and finance people. 13 years, between purchasing and leasing Civics/CRVs over that time span. I have dealt with many different sales people/managers and finance people. On this latest "sales pitch", my wife got a call stating that the were looking at her CRV to use as a good used car for their inventory. I also had spoken with them about my Civic and its condition and they said that it would be good as well to bring it in. So we set up the appointment with him and a few days later went in. We went in (pushed our way though the hord of sales people standing in our way to get to the reception desk) and the phone salesman hooked us up with a new car salesman. We told him that were interested in a two car deal and gave him the information on both cars. The salesman decided to focus in on my wife's CRV trade and put my business to the side (seemingly since it was a better deal/commission for him). After about 3.5 hours of talk with him on he CRV for my wife, I inquired about the deal on the Civic and was told that I woud have come back for him to take a look at the car (even though it was parked right outside his door the entire time) to see what kind of a deal he could make. He stated that he thought that he could get me into the same price frame I was paying now for a lower model car. Not exctly what I wanted to hear. My wife continued with her sale and was there for another 1.5 hours after that to complete her deal (which I will let her put up her review of later). The next day, no phone calls, nothing. It didn't seem like they were interrested. A friend recommended a nearby Honda dealership (knowing that I did love my Civic) and I went there to get some info and see what they had to offer and to get a competative price for what I wanted. After getting the info and considering it over the weekend, I decided to call Planet Honda back and see if they would beat the deal since I had been such a long time customer of their's (over 13 years and 5 vehicles). I gave the sales person the info and asked him to let me know. A few hours later he called me back and said that he couldn't give me an definate numbers till I brought the car back for an apprasial (which they could have done the first night I was there and since all my service is done by them, they have the condition of the car already). He also stated again that the best he could probably do was put me in the lower model car for the same price. They just seemed to want to get in the door again so they could try and force me into a worse deal than what I had, wasting even more hours of my life trying to make a deal that I could get somewhere else in a quarter of the time. I think that Planet Honda's tactics on sales is completely off, they don't put their customers first, they don't care for educated customers that know what they are looking for at the price they know they should get, and they don't care what type of car YOU want, they just want to get you into the car they need to get rid of. Their service also is not up to par, in my last two service only stops their own service record was not followed as they did not top off the fluids as indicated causing us to do an interm fillup between service visits. Not great service considering that we paid for their Sentinal program up front when we bought the cars to take care of all that. Needless to say I am no longer a customer of Planet Honda's and wont be going back, EVER. I found a new dealership that is much more appreciative of my business and willing to work with me at my level. My advise is if you want to be treated like a real customer, dont go to Planet Honda. Save your time and money and visit a real Honda dealer right down the road. B. C. More
Fast talking sales person, promised me "free oil changes for the first year" I owned my new car. Nothing in writing. Service center said they wouldn't homor the free oil change. Promised I'd be able to speak to Sales Manager, never did. Got an e-mail day after visit, asking me how I felt about my experience. I answered truthfully, said I'd NEVER do business with them again. NO response from the dealer. F rating from BBB. Avoid these guys AT ALL COSTS. More
