My husband and I were in a difficult position since we needed to shop for a car with our twin infants in tow. Although we entered with a very strict budget and very high expectations, Alejandro took the time to discuss the most important options and choose the best car for our family first, and price second. We felt such trust in Alejandro's judgement, that we purchased our car prior to inspecting, or even test driving it! We appreciated his honesty and understanding in regards to our family's needs and limitations. My husband and I are loyal Honda customers, this is our fourth Honda, but our first experience with Planet Honda in particular, and although it is farther from our house than two other Honda dealerships, we would choose to work with Alejandro again. My only suggestion for improvement... changing tables in the bathrooms! :) More

Back up camera is so nice that I can not imagine why I did not have this before. I will have no accident or any problem, as this safety feature pays off on long run, at busy locations, particularly when you have kids, and at schools. Believe me or not, you can not see the kids, from the car parked next to you, backing it up and it can be serious matter. Any EX-L is equipped with these standard features. Will you save $3000.00 to avoid safety, to me make no sense to spend $31, 000.00? It’s like buy a notebook, $2,700.00 with 2TB, 8GB RAM, 4GB graphics card and “no anti-virus, save $50.00.” Jerry gave me the best quote over the internet, never need to go to the Manager and all. Again, I am always making money, (profit,) so I believe that when you buy a vehicle, do not think about $900.00 + or - Why, over 36 months it's $30.00 difference. I always get happy to serve my old customer, who gave me some extra $$$ profit. All features were explained perfectly, and say three times. 1. When we seen the models. 2, At delivery and 3. At the time of new plates. Now I can use all features. More
