This is my second experience with Planet Honda and I must say that it was a whole lot less painful than my first encounter(thank god). Jay Morris - WOW, he truly went above and beyond to make this purchase go smoothly on the finance side. The finance person (wont mentioned his name just to be kind) but he totally was a disappointment until Jay took over and made it happen. The paper work handled by DiJonee Mobley went fast and accurately. Overall, my second experience was much better and now I know who to recommend my friends to go to when purchasing a car. More

Personally, from the moment I drove up to the dealership to the time I drove away in my new Accord, the staff treated me with respect and addressed any concerns/questions I had. The salesman Frankie was so friendly and knowledgeable that I will tell Family and friends to seek him out. I'm sure the other sales people are just as professional as him. I was most impressed that the general manager, Eddie Amorin personally came over and welcomed me back to Planet Honda. "Eddie" made us feel so at ease. His professionalism is second to none. During the process, Eddie continued to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. I would tell him yes and that the Frankie was doing a great job. I can easily see how Frankie and the other sales people respect and honor the chain of commend. If I were to be a car salesperson I would work for Eddie in a heart beat.
