I went to this dealership and worked with a phenomenal staff which includes Michael Hanna and the general manager Eddie was very helpful . We went to Planet Honda today to turn in our lease for our 2009 Honda Accord early. We were interested in looking at a 2011 CR-V. We knew to expect excellent customer service as we are returning custome our 2009 Honda Accord early. We were interested in looking at a 2011 CR-V. We knew to expect excellent customer service as we are returning customers. Sure enough, we were greeted by Frank Talarico in the parking lot as we were parking our car. We told him what we were interested in and he took us to see the CR-V's in the back lot. Within 20 minutes we were test driving a brand new CR-V. Shortly thereafter, we were talking numbers at Frank's desk. Although we had to haggle a little bit, we got an excellent deal on our CR-V. Frank's supervisor, Mr. Huang, was also instrumental in getting us the deal that we wanted. We so appreciated that! Margaret Cummings, from the finance department, was also very helpful. She was diligent with the paperwork and processed our lease in a very timely manner. We were so happy that we were able to pull into our driveway today with a brand new CR-V in less than 3 hours of going to Planet Honda. This was by far the best experience we have ever had with leasing a car, from not only a time perspective, but a deal perspective as well. We will most certainly continue to recommend Planet Honda to our friends and family. We are looking forward to purchasing our next vehicle, the Honda Fit, with Frank in the near future. More
We came to Planet Honda today to have our 2001 Honda Civic serviced. We were there two weeks ago for service and at the same time inqiured about a used car. At this time the salesman decreased his num Civic serviced. We were there two weeks ago for service and at the same time inqiured about a used car. At this time the salesman decreased his numbers down from 14,000+ and when we were going to walk away, he decided to drop down the price to 13500, to 13000 to 12500 to 12000 to 11500 to 10000 to 9500. We said we will pray about it first and we will be back next day. He said ok. Next day we were back at the appointment time, we told them that our offer is 7500 he asked us to sign the deal paper and went to his manager. Manager said the day before this as we were leaving, "how much did he said, so we told him 9500.00 but we will pray about it first and we will be back next day, he said, we'll work with you tomorros. Next day came, the Manager came and said the price is 13200 and and he cannot do anything about it. Then the salesman gave us an attitude with a grin on his face because we didn't take the car the day before. Then this salesman kept calling me from the day after this for one week. Today, August 6th, 2011 we went there to have our car serviced, again. While waiting for the car we decided to ask another salesman, Marcos Dos Santos, our ot curiosity is the same car was still on the lot because it was on the internet. Marcos was very nice, very patient, knows how to handle client, he worked with us, explained what the charges are for, why the car's price is such and he was honest, he didn't let us go until we can arrive at a deal that will both satisfy the customer and him/dealership. He didn't give us an attitude and his manager, Mr. Jaime Vasco, same nice man, explained everything to us and tried well to work with us until we arrive at a deal. We will recommend these two gentlemen to anyone anytime because of their professionalism, patience, kindness, honesty and integrity. The buying of the used car at this time is pleasant. Regarding the repair of the car, horrible. we got the car paid 1351.50 for the repairs and when we were driving home I hear loud noise while I'm driving and when I break it's was worse. We drove back and the noise was worse and the people at the front desk of service department heard the loud noise and they immediatelty took the car back to the mechanic. The guy said to my spouse that the cover of the brake was dented and it was hitting the wheel that's why it's making a loud squeaky and scratchy noise. They fixed it right away. I have been hearing this noise when I'm driving the car and everytime I go to service my car with them I even drove with the service front guy and he claimed that he cannot hear anything. Until two weeks ago a new front service guy, Christopher, asked about this problem and I complained to him and he drove with the mechanic and they found out what the problem was and they said it was very bad and it is dangerous that's why they have to be changed right away, I told this man why can't they find the problem for more than a year now and wait until it is very bad. We didn't have the front wheel bearings changed there because they cost too much. Christopher was very nice, kind and helpful in finding the problem. Today, Aug. 6th 2011 two man told my spouse that they have been hearing the noises in honda cars, odyssey and accord, and the service people said they cannot hear them. The man said maybe because their cars are under warranty that's why they do not want to fix the problem. But it didn't matter because our car didn't have the warranty anymore and they still didn't fix the problem. I didn't want to bring my car back to the service department of the Planet Honda because everytime I bring my car I have to return after couple of weeks because something's wrong with my car. I will not recommend this service department to anyone at anytime. Would you? More
