I bought a 2011 Honda Odyssey EX. The car was sparkle clean. The Sales Manager, Gang Wang was really helpful, friendly, and easy to work with. He offered very good price and trade-in allowance for the 1999 Odyssey. With his help, the entire purchasing process was very efficient. The paper work was also done efficiently; and I drove the new car home in less than 2 hour after the initial negotiation. Four years ago my husband and I were shopping for a Honda Element. We live locally and decided to go to Planet Honda to shop for this vehicle. Because of flood damage to two of our vehicles caused by Hurricane Irene, we were forced to replace these vehicles as soon as possible. With the intent of just stopping by Planet Honda to "window shop", we had absolutely NO intention of purchasing a car from this dealership. We had the good fortune of being greeted by Alejandro Estremera, sales consultant. He helped us to find two perfect vehicles, was very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make us a deal we are very pleased with. We purchased a 2011 Honda Pilot and a 2012 Honda Civic today because of his diligent work. The experience was capped off by working with the most efficient and knowledgeable financial consultant I have ever met. His name is John D (he ran out of business cards). His expertise with the legal issues when buying a new car,and organizational skills with the mountain of paperwork made this process almost enjoyable!
