She answered all my questions, and even know they sold the CR-V, I was calling about, she told me there were others on the lot that were what I was looking for. That brought me up to the dealer for a look around. I was introduced to Marcos, and I could tell he was going to help me . I told him what I was looking for and he took me right to it. It was a perfect match Him, the CR-V, and I. It was so nice to have someone show me all the different option that the car had ,and know so much about the car. He made me feel comfortable getting behind the wheel for the test drive ,and not rushed even know it was after 8:00 PM. Then sitting with him inside working the contract out, again I could tell that we would be able to work together. In the next hour or so I had my new CR-V. This was an excellent experience. I would recommend him, and the dealer to anyone. More
Beware - they added an additional $995.00 and said it was a loan fee the bank charges. I called the bank which we were getting the loan from the next day and they said there is no such fee. I called Planet Ripoff Honda and spoke with the finance guy and told him no such fee exists. He said he will call me back in an hour. When he called he said he made a mistake and needed us to come in to redo the contract. Car dealerships are all the same. They are all liars. The reason why we went to purchase was through the Costco program but we found out they afterwards we didn't go through the program and got ripped-off. The car itself is great, Planet Ripoff Honda is not. More

I was searching for a Honda Civic coupe for my little brother for college. I've gone to many different Honda dealers in the area and they all couldn't meet my price requirement. Planet Honda sold me my car at a final price which other dealers were quoting me BEFORE docs and fees. My salesman, Kaleem, was very friendly and helpful in the situation. He was very thorough throughout the whole process and was very knowledgeable. Planet Honda definitely has the best pricing around the central New Jersey area. Pay them a visit. Planet Honda utilizes deceptive approach with "$4,000 coupon" to entice customers to come and in and talk to a “friendly” salesperson, Anthony. Anthony tries to act as your "friend," pretending t "$4,000 coupon" to entice customers to come and in and talk to a “friendly” salesperson, Anthony. Anthony tries to act as your "friend," pretending to actually care about your situation, family, etc., until the finance manager tells him that there is no way to approve the initial lease terms requested by us. Anthony continues to ask for various documents and information, knowing fully well that we cannot get new a lease deal. Nonetheless, Anthony assures us that he “will work to get us the best possible deal.” We leave and are told he will call back when finance manager files request with Honda Financial Services. One week goes by, and no call from Anthony. We follow up with numerous calls. Finally, almost two weeks later, Anthony leaves message that Honda Financial Services did not approve lease/loan and also states that he could “still help” us in getting a loan to buy our current leased-vehicle. In a follow-up message, Anthony stated that we would have to return and do paperwork "because the dealership already shredded the original paperwork.” We later found out from another NJ dealer that Planet Honda never contacted Honda Financial Services to request approval. Deceptive, dishonest, and patronizing, is the best way to categorize our experience with Planet Honda. More
