Michael Hanna, my salesman, was very friendly right from the moment he saw me and walked up to me in the parking lot after I exited my car. He walked me through all the paperwork, explaining that there was alot to fill out and processes to take place [bank approval, registration, etc.] and was very accommodating, even getting me a latte twice! Eddie Amorin was also very friendly and extended me a good discount and finance deal. We chatted briefly about issues other than Hondas; he was interested in me as a person, not just as a sale. Always a friendly smile and handshake! Jay Morris also greeted me with a welcoming smile and handshake and checked in with me 2 or 3 times during the process. When I returned the next day to deliver my old car's title and second set of keys, all three men again greeted me with a big, friendly smile and handshake, asking how I was and how things were going with the car amd thanking me for returning so promptly.
