I had leased a Honda Civic from this dealership with my partner Keith and after a few months later he decides to screw me over in which I had to bring the car back. I had to take his name off of everything which was a pain in the rear. Then I couldn't get the car put in my name because of finance reasons and other issues tied with it so then I had to lease another new car. He screwed me over big time and now I'm paying for it. I do not recommend for anyone to have their partner on the lease or finance papers. When I arrived at Planet Honda I was greeted by Stephen Maines, told him my situation and he took care of it from their. He helped me from beginning to end, listen to all of my questions and helped me out. He was excellent in everything and I would recommend Stephen to all my friends and family. The financial negotiation was very important to me in which a Mark and Frankie worked with me on and gave me the best deal that fits. THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP!!! More
