I am a repeat customer to Planet Honda. Henry Li devoted a great deal of time and energy to an unusual sales situation. I called Henry to ask if he could work with me to get me out of my civic lease. We contacted Akira based on the reviews he recieved. He deals with internet and new car sales, but he introduced us to his associate and checked in on us several times throughout the process. We went to Planet Honda after having a very bad experience at another dealer that backed out of a deal after everything was signed for and the deposit left. Not only did they match the deal, they did one better by providing us a vehicle with much better mileage and one year newer. Plus, they made sure that we were able to drive off of the lot and let us take the check to the two days later! A class act all around. I would recommend Akira and Gary without reservation, I see Akira becoming a top level manager at some point. More
