Hi Sue, What I was promised was free all weather mats by Frank and his manager Cisco. When I pinged them, instead of delivering on that commitment, he started acting rude and asked not to ask for them. I hope you will do the needful and keep the commitment.

hi Sue, hope all is well at your end. We spoke on last Wednesday and you were busy and you were going to call me after 11:00AM next day. Looks like you got busy.I was at the dealership last Friday and I tried to connect with you. When I was at front desk checking your availability, I was told you stepped out for lunch and Frank showed up again and he was rude for no reason. I have no idea what he has against me. I was there couple of hours and I could not reach you. To be honest, I was expecting an honest conversation from your side and it has not happened yet.
