AL IS THE GREATEST SALESMAN I HAVE NEVER MET. HE'S VERY KIND AND HONETS. I WOULD DEFINETELY RECOMMED SOMEONE TO THIS DEALERSHIP SPECIAL FOR AL . My experience with Planet Honda in New Jersey on Route 22 in Union was absolutely AMAZING. I walked in and met Mark Hernandez and Frank Talarico and within 72 hours I had my new Honda Odyssey Touring Elite. in Union was absolutely AMAZING. I felt like I was dealing with a top-notch operation and would highly recommend this dealership, and these two sales persons, if you are in the market for a new car, used car or trade-in. I traded my 2005 Honda Odyssey, and Mark and Frank had the appraisers work swiftly and efficiently so that I spent virtually no time waiting for a decision on the trade in price, which I felt was 100% fair and reasonable. Mark and Frank made my experience in buying and trading in a car easy, swift, and enjoyable. They were professional, reasonable, and an absolute pleasure to work with! Tony did a great job of showing me the vehicle and went through details patiently. I really liked working with him. You need to however be cautious of the finance guy who does the final lease contract - They can almost imply you're an idiot if you don't purchase the additional insurance and service schemes that are optional from the leasing company. When I resisted purchasing these optional terms, he was bordering on being obnoxious. If its indeed a great deal, why would they say "take it now or never" More
