He was very knowledgeable and made sure to present me all of my options. The overall process was long and hectic but the enviroment and postiive enegery made it even a better experience. In addition, Francis constantly told me that I can call him for any issues/questions and his follow up emails and calls reassured me that I can turn to him if I need any help. I went to planet Honda to buy out my lease. I had an appointment for 10am and I was right on time. Art took my keys when I arrived so that the service department could certify my vehicle. After a grueling 4 hour process for paperwork, I was told that my vehicle had just entered the garage and I would have to wait another 2+ hours! After a total of 6+ hours in that dirty dealership, I finally got my vehicle back to find that all they did was clean it. No maintenance was performed despite the hundreds of dollars they charged me. Their service department has an absolutely terrible reputation and now I see why. Better business bureau rated planet Honda an "F", all other comparable dealerships on Rt 22 are rated A+. Go anywhere else. Don't throw away your time and money. More
I came in to buy a Honda civic. WE TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND HE TRIED TO OFFER US A DIFFERENT CAR AT ANOTHER LOCATION. WE WALKED RIGHT OUT. WHEN WE WENT TO PLANET HONDA, RYAN APPROCHED US AND ASKED WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR. WE TOLD HIM EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED AND HE WENT TO FIND THE CAR ASAP. WE TEST DROVE THE CAR IMMEDIATELY AND ENDED UP TAKING THE CAR HOME THESAME DAY. HE'S THE ONLY SALESMAN THAT I CAN REMEMBER THAT HAS A LOT OF PATIENCE AND WILLINGLY WAITED FOR US UNTIL EVERYTHING WAS READY. I REALLY APPRECIATED THAT. The purchase was a 2012 Honda Accord LX Sedan. I have chatted online with one of the managers (Jeremy Jordan) and he made an appointment for me to come in. Once I was at the dealership Jeremy assigned Francis Duah as a salesman to me, saying he's the best at the dealership. He was quite correct. It took less than an hour to get the pricing and everything agreed upon. Francis listened to my concerns with attention and care and helped facilitate the car sale process to the best possible degree. There was no constant back-and-forth with the manager on the price. I told Francis the price, he took it to the manager and they came back and pretty much matched it. Francis was very helpful in answering questions about the car features and his actual delivery of the car was excellent. I would definitely recommend Francis to anyone who wants to purchase a Honda. More
