I went to planet Honda to buy out my lease. I had an appointment for 10am and I was right on time. Art took my keys when I arrived so that the service department could certify my vehicle. After a grueling 4 hour process for paperwork, I was told that my vehicle had just entered the garage and I would have to wait another 2+ hours! After a total of 6+ hours in that dirty dealership, I finally got my vehicle back to find that all they did was clean it. No maintenance was performed despite the hundreds of dollars they charged me. Their service department has an absolutely terrible reputation and now I see why. Better business bureau rated planet Honda an "F", all other comparable dealerships on Rt 22 are rated A+. Go anywhere else. Don't throw away your time and money. More

I came in to buy a Honda civic. Luis's service was excellent and he helped me understand the features of the car and comfortably test drive the car as i wished. during negotiations he was always court excellent and he helped me understand the features of the car and comfortably test drive the car as i wished. during negotiations he was always courteous though, primarily due to his boss, the price negotiation was not up to par with the rest of experience. however Luis was very good and hopefully will be promoted within Planet Honda and hopefully replace his boss who could learn to be more respectful to customers More
