I was extremely satisfied with Carlos Shibata's friendly, professional, and non-sales pressure demeanor. He worked very hard with his management, finance department, and customer service to get me the lowest price and went the extra distance to creatively factor in my old leased car, which Planet Hollywood bought out. Carlos went the extra distance to call my insurance company, and old car manufacturer for buyout details. Carlos would make anyone feel very comfortable in what normally is a very stressful experience: car buying. Mr Armstrong greet us outside as we get out of our car, he was very polite and give us a warm welcome to the dealership. He is very knowledgeable of the various vehicle at the dealership,the different option that is offered on each vehicle and their prices. he was very friendly he offer us something to drink. He was very helpful, he show us the vehicle on the showroom floor then he took us in the outside lot.We went for a test drive. He explain to us the different option in purchasing the vehicle, from paying in cash to financing. He discussed the down payment and the part financed. I first stopped by Planet Honda several weeks ago. At the time I was considering buying a Hybrid and had settled on the Insight after doing some research. I was on my way to an appointment that day and noticed that Stephen didn't insist on my buying a car prematurely that day, as has been my experience elsewhere. Stephen's confidence in Hondas in general and in his own expertise came across immediately. When it was time to seriously consider a purchase I called Stephen and set up an appointment for first thing, last wednesday morning. Again, I was impressed with his courteous behavior, down to calling me to confirm. Once at Planet Honda, where Stephen and a senior sales manager were waiting for me, we looked at an Insight but also at a Civic LX, which I ended up buying. I was hesitant to apply for a car loan due to my own inexperience in such things, but the whole team, Stephen, Mark Hernandez, and Ron Levy who processed my financing when it was approved, talked me through every step of the process with professionalism and courtesy, accepting my relative inexperience in such matters without condescending. Senior members of the staff checked in too, and the process was as expedient and efficient as possible. For courtesy, quality, great price and excellent service in a dealership I would only consider Planet Honda or Route 22 ever again. My own opinion was confirmed by a work colleague in Montvale, New Jersey, the same day. He, it turns out, bought his own '06 Civic at Planet Honda too, and only recently finished making payments for it.
