I have not purchased a car since 2004 and actually hate automobile dealers and sales and the entire new purchase process. Joshua Barberena not only changed my frustration and anxiety within about 15 minutes of speaking with him, but he never pressured me and was kind, funny, warm and very personal. He has made my experience actually enjoyable. His manager was also kind and attentive to my needs. I also felt a kind hearted finance manager, John, not making me feel uncomfortable, or a feeling of being taken advantage of. I am so happy to be the new proud owner of the Honda fit, but I especially thank and appreciate Joshua and John for their kind and professional manners and would highly recommend your company to do business with. I was looking for a new car with my father for a couple of months. He recommended looking into getting a Honda. He took us back and provided us with so much more information than we were even expecting, remaining considered the entire time. He answered every question without any hesitation or uncertainty (which is awesome for a salesperson). He kept us smiling and laughing the entire time, to the point where others were staring. Laughing keeps my family in the best mood, so Mike did an EXCELLENT job at maintaining our happiness and comfort. Every sales person should have the sense of humor Mike has; it eases every sales process. After we were done with Mike, we went to speak with Victor from finance, who also kept us laughing and made sure we understood every aspect of every option he gave us. If it wasn't for him, we may have not upgraded the maintenance. We successfully bought the new Accord SE and sold my 02 Altima and drove off with the car the same day.
