Poor service overall, shocked that they continue to get service. It was a horrible experience and I I would call and wouldn't get calls back. I waited FOREVER everytime I came in. I would say it is the best Honda dealer I visited. Nelson is very nice and friendly. He helped us replace a new car because the old car has some little scratches on car body.
