My overall experience in this dealership was GREAT!!! I purchased a 2012 Honda CRV EX-L in a Twilight Blue Matallic earlier this week. I love this car more & more everyday, from the room, technology, ride and MPG nothing is better. As for the buying experience it was very good overall from the sale, service and delivery of the car. I came back the second time to this dealership and went directly to C. Akira Shibata to discuss the new car. They had the exact car I wanted to so we ended up striking a deal that night. Akira was very helpful and accomadating throughout the whole process, even after the purchase he made sure I got everything that came with the deal and tought me everything there is to know about the car. From the first time I walked in to the dealership he was respectful and straight forward. The next day I came to pick it up even the guy at the Prep Department told me everything there is to know about the remote starting system. Definantly spend the few extra dollars to have honda do it, it is covered by the warranty this way and the remote works from 1000 feet away (Tested already from about 250 feet and it works!!!) Overall Experience at this dealership was Excellent!!! Make sure to haggle a little for what you want of course!!! More

From the day I walked in to Planet Honda I was greeted with smiles and very personable sales people. The salesman that I dealt with was Mr. Akira Shibata, he was very informative on the Honda Civic. I wanted a red Honda Civic and there was none on site but he assured me that one was being delivered to the dealership on or about January 2. Well the car was delivered on January 11. But within this time Mr. Shibata kept me informed by phone on a daily basis as to where the vehicle was and gave better idea as to when the vehicle was to arrive. All and all the experience at this dealership and with the Mr. Shibata and Mr.Wang was one of the best experiences that I have had in purchasing a new vehicle.
