Art steered us in the right direction the first time we visited, and although the price was not right for us during that visit, we kept him in mind the second time we came to PH to look for a car for my bo visited, and although the price was not right for us during that visit, we kept him in mind the second time we came to PH to look for a car for my boyfriend. I knew in advance what to get. Unfortunately the online price that was listed was not honored from the start. It took too long to negotiate the price and too much nerves. I now have some doubts in dealer vehicle certification process as they gave me a car with non working turn light. Checking 150+ points and not to check lights? What kind of certification is this? This was my first Honda car. Generally all sales people are more knowledgeable than average buyer - no complains as it should be. Art is a fine salesman. More
