I recently went to this dealership just browsing for options I had on my old car and what I can possibly purchase. I did my research before I went on the journey of shopping for cars up and down route 2 options I had on my old car and what I can possibly purchase. At my other previous stops I got the run around from the other dealers trying to force me to make deals that i knew were bad because I did my research. At planet Honda I was approached my a young lad named Gercino Soars. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and treated me more like a brother that just another customer with a dollar sign tattooed on their forehead. He helped me choose through my options which were very close to the ones that I researched before I went car shopping. To make a long store short Gercino was by far the best car salesman I have ever met and I will surely buy cars from him as long as he works their and will tell all my family and friends about his work ethic and professionalism. More

Baron was very reassuring that out experience would be stress free. He assigned Al(our salesperson)to show my daughter the inventory and we were not disappointed. I may be a little partial, but I love this place! It's my 3rd Honda purchase at the "Planet", and I couldn't be happier with the results! (FIT is GO!) My Husband and I spent some time talking with him and telling him about all of our positive sales and service experiences over the years-he is going to be a great help to all of you out there when you are ready for YOUR new Honda :) (We wish him the best!) Our sales consultant, Francis Duah is a compassionate professional, who made us feel very welcome and comfortable during the negotiation process. The nice lady walking around with snacks and beverages was a nice touch. Most dealerships want to catch you when you are hungry and tired to twist the last few dollars out of your hands. Not here-this is a different experience. The sales manager, Chigbo Mbaekwe was very knowledeable and extremely helpful in putting our deal together . We pre-qualified online, so that expedited the process somewhat (p.s. there's a coupon there too!) It was great to meet Shannon Rolph (finance specialist) who took great care of our credit needs-she's fun! Once the numbers were all settled, it was off to see Victor Kavanach in the finance department. He really was the icing on the cake-no pressure at all to add things you didn't want. He took time to answer ALL my questions and concerns, and explained fully what all of our options were. When all the paperwork was done, it was delivery time! Francis took us out to the new car and gave us the grand tour! The prep people did an awesome job sparkling every inch on our new baby! Thanks! Thanks to Francis as well, he really made us feel special-what a great guy! So all in all, I would say, get online, do your homework and go to Planet Honda and get a great deal and have alot of fun and meet alot of nice people in the process! More
