Planet Honda

The first Honda I bought was on 2/14/97 at Planet Honda. I went to other Honda dealerships before Planet Honda but they showed no interest in negotiating and for them it was "take it or leave it", so I left I went to other Honda dealerships before Planet Honda but they showed no interest in negotiating and for them it was "take it or leave it", so I left. I was considering VW afterwards but decided to try Planet Honda as a last resort. The salesman at that time was different than the others and showed a genuine interest in helping me find a car in the right price range. Needless to say I bought the car and had it serviced only at Planet Honda for the entire time I owned it. When it was time to get another car, I would not even consider the other Honda dealerships, only Planet Honda was acceptable to me. My husband and I were fortunate to find Michael Hanna in the dealership that night. He was most helpful and had the patience of a saint because my husband went through every little detail and ended up spending about three hours with Michael. During the whole time Michael mainatined high spirits, a great sense of humor, and a willingness to work with my husband and answer his questions no matter how often he asked in order to help him understand all the details involved. It is not often that one encounters such a person like Michael. So again needless to say, we bought the car. I feel confident that Michael, who is most knowledgeable, will be there for us to answer any questions we might have in the future. Also, if anyone we know is in the process of shopping for a car, we will surely recommend Planet Honda and Michael. I would also like to mention that Michael is not the only person in the dealership who should be commended. Margaret Cummings was also most helpful. She was very personable and eager to assist us in understanding the warranty and vehicle protection plans. Her polite, respectful and calm demeanor put us at ease and we felt comfortable talking with her. I would like to say, in my opinion, that both Michael and Margaret are each an asset to the Planet Honda dealership and it is their dedication to their individual vocations that has made the car buying experience a good one for us. It is worth noting that each person's behavior (such as the first salesman) creates a "ripple effect". If the first salesman in 1997 was the same as the other salesmen I encountered in the other Honda dealerships, than I would be buying VW vehicles. Instead, his genuine willingness to work with me created the first sale and a positive outlook for future sales at Planet Honda. I am confident that Michael and Margaret are creating their own positive "ripple effects" with other customers in their daily interactions with them, and as a result they will return, as I have, to Planet Honda. More

My journey to purchase a good certified Honda began with Nelson Alvarez of Planet Honda. I was ultimately shown a super 2008 Honda Accord with less than 35,000 miles on it and this is the vehicle that I purchased and I love it. I highly recommend speaking with Nelson if one is looking for a vehicle at Planet Honda. The purchase of a vehicle can sometimes be a challenge. However, my experience at Planet Honda was just the opposite. In addition to Nelson, I had very favorable experiences with 2 of Planet Honda's sales managers, Gary Angus & Jaime Vasco. Jaime was kind enough to walk with me to my new vehicle for my first drive home and and sent me off with his personal well wishes. Other Planet Honda personnel who I came in contact with who were very helpful were: John Leone who prepared much of the paperwork and Scott Gavitt, Prep/Used Car Service Manager, who along with his assistants Rich, Chris, and Fausto ensured that my new purchase would make me a happy camper! Bottom line ... if you are looking for a new or used vehicle ... you must get to Planet Honda! And you can start your journey with Nelson Alvarez! More

First I would like to say when I met Marcos he greeted me, shook my had and asked if he could get me something to drink. He was very cordial. I was having problems with my first loan carrier but Marcos me, shook my had and asked if he could get me something to drink. He was very cordial. I have a serious disability (5th total hip replacement) and Marcos was able to find a vehicle that was low mileage and accessible. Wow!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks Dude!!! Thank you fellas for your service. Marcos and Jimmy even threw in some extra perks. I needed that. I had always passed this dealership and said I would like to stop there one day. I recently went to this dealership just browsing for options I had on my old car and what I can possibly purchase. At my other previous stops I got the run around from the other dealers trying to force me to make deals that i knew were bad because I did my research. At planet Honda I was approached my a young lad named Gercino Soars. He was friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and treated me more like a brother that just another customer with a dollar sign tattooed on their forehead. He helped me choose through my options which were very close to the ones that I researched before I went car shopping. To make a long store short Gercino was by far the best car salesman I have ever met and I will surely buy cars from him as long as he works their and will tell all my family and friends about his work ethic and professionalism. Baron was very reassuring that out experience would be stress free. He assigned Al(our salesperson)to show my daughter the inventory and we were not disappointed.
