Very happy with my new 2012 Honda fit sport that I picked up today. On my quest for a 2012 Honda CRV, I was fortunate enough to meet Akira at Planet Honda. I had visited other dealerships and felt as if they were too busy to give me the Right time of day. Then I met A to meet Akira at Planet Honda. I had visited other dealerships and felt as if they were too busy to give me the Right time of day. Then I met Akira. He was exceptionally helpful. Within minutes I was test driving a CRV. He did not pressure me in any way, but let me know that He was totally available for me when I made a decision. I told him what I wanted in a car, and he said he would contact me when something became available. Needless to say, He found the car I wanted, and the entire transaction was as smooth as could be. He was thorough, and very patient when explaining the electronic features to this mature woman. He is a wonderful asset to your dealership. I would highly recommend Planet Honda,and especially Akira. Very friendly and knowledge. I was met at planet Honda by salesperson Henry Li and immediately felt welcomed. I was interested in a Honda Accord and he took me for test drive. Entire staff is very friend and accomodating. From the first time you get in, the Sales Manager was there welcoming you which I did not experience when we went to other dealership.
