My experience at Planet Honda was unlike any other dealership I have ever experienced. From the minute I got out my car to the second I entered the door, I was greeted with warm welcomes and sales rep dealership I have ever experienced. From the minute I got out my car to the second I entered the door, I was greeted with warm welcomes and sales representatives ready to help any of my requests. However, on that particular day I was referred to visit Planet Honda by a friend. They HIGHLY RECOMMENDED me to ask for Steve Mains and that he would be the best Planet Honda representative to help me out that day. Steve Mains did more than help me. He guided me along the way in the right direction when it came time to choosing a car that fit my needs; the color, the interior, the gas mileage, whether to finance or lease, what the car would offer in the long run and most importantly was able to work out a great deal on my 2012 Honda Civic that worked within my financial means. The staff there was great especially Steve's manager and the financial manager I work with (Margaret Cummings). I gave this dealership all 5's because I truly had a great experience as a first time buyer. Steve and staff explained every detail in the paperwork and answered every question I had. They left no room for worry or at any moment, gave me a feeling that I was getting robbed as a customer. Planet Honda truly took care of me and I would certainly recommend them to my friends and family, especially to Steve Mains. If you're looking for a great car, at a great price, without the hassle, then Planet Honda in Union on Rt. 22 is where you should go. More
