I been coming to Planet Honda for a little over five years. And in that short time I only experience nothing but the best. Each visit I'm in and out a hour flat. As soon as I entered the doors of Planet Honda I felt very welcomed. Luis Cubi approached me and my friend and offered us hot chocolate and a seat. My biggest issue was with the finance department, they were rude, didn't have the answers for my questions and when i call back trying to find out the reason that i did not get my paper work so i could pa were rude, didn't have the answers for my questions and when i call back trying to find out the reason that i did not get my paper work so i could pay my first payment they realized that i need to sign some more papers. now i am concerned that my first payment will be late. thanks a lot planet honda.
