My biggest issue was with the finance department, they were rude, didn't have the answers for my questions and when i call back trying to find out the reason that i did not get my paper work so i could pa were rude, didn't have the answers for my questions and when i call back trying to find out the reason that i did not get my paper work so i could pay my first payment they realized that i need to sign some more papers. now i am concerned that my first payment will be late. thanks a lot planet honda.
