Planet Honda appeared to have competitive rates and incentives; however in reality, the salesmen were deceptive and dishonest, particularly Jay Morris. I was told that they really wanted my business an incentives; however in reality, the salesmen were deceptive and dishonest, particularly Jay Morris. I was told that they really wanted my business and would do anything, including throw in a navigation system to earn my business. Long story short, they took my deposit, made me wait two weeks for the car to come in and then when I went to pick up the car, handed me a “Tom Tom”, stating “I said portable navigation system.” Jay Morris blatantly lied and manipulated the situation. He penciled in the word “portable” on the contract and attempted to act as if this was not deceit. I was told I could get my deposit the next day, another lie. They still have my deposit and are making me do more leg work and wasting more of my time in order for me to get this. I would strongly recommend not dealing with this low end conveying dealership that should not be privileged enough to associate themselves with such a name as Honda. More
