I must say my experience with Planet Honda was good. My Sales Person was great, he took time to explain every option that was available to me. He was very knowlegable and not pushy. Before came to Planet Honda, Rte 22, Union NJ, I went to VIP Honda. There the office is good but the sales executives are not that great, they dont know how to convince a customer and understand their needs. It was so easy when I met Kaleem,I was not at all worry about financing also.You will not believe, morning I went to buy a new Honda CRV higher end model and I drove the car I dream in the evening, I cannot believe that, its all because of a good customer relation given by Mr Kaleem Wyne. I really like the marketing strategy of Kaleem, he is a great sales and leasing consultant. I also met Mr Chibo, Kaleems manager to get approval of the price, I choose, when he approved the price, I got a BIG smile on my face. Mark helped me for financiang so easily and I drove the car to my home in the evening. Thank you so much Kaleem, Chibo and Mark for helping me to find my new Honda CRV. I went to Planet Honda to follow up on a quote received from their internet sales dept. Kaleem was my appointed salesman and as initial discussions went past the regular when do you expect to buy the car a from their internet sales dept. Kaleem was my appointed salesman and as initial discussions went past the regular when do you expect to buy the car and my answer was before "my son gets home from school at 2:30 and I have to pick him up". It was 12:45 and enter Chigbo. To say the least after the usual disagreements over what my car trade-in was worth and what the " all our cars comes with molding and pin stripes" are worth, the deal was reached shortly before 2:15 p.m. and the car was delivered that night. Kaleem and Chigbo are professionals and a pleasure to work with. Both parties walked away meeting their objectives from the deal. I got an excellent price for the new vehicle ( the lowest price of probably 15 offers I received) and also a fair value for my trade-in and Planet met their objective of moving cars before the end of the month. A win-win situation. More
