For my 17th birthday, my parents just bought me my first car. After going to about 7 different dealerships, car shopping was getting old! He was very friendly and was able to get us a very good deal on my 2010 Honda Civic. It seems like a blessing that we were there at the right time and to meet the right person. I would recommend this dealership because the staff was very helpful. I also walked in already knowing what I wanted and after Luis C. welcomed me to Planet Honda and offered his assists, I explained to h very helpful. This shows me that he was very familier with their stock which was very impressive because I went to other dealership and their staff didn't know their stock. I also had a strange request from one of his co-workers(taller then Luis) to sit in the backseat to let me see if my nephew would fit. I had a great experience at Planet Honda. I was shopping for the best lease value amongst the major crossover competitors (Honda CRV, Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Chevy Equinox.) After driving the CRV at for the best lease value amongst the major crossover competitors (Honda CRV, Nissan Rogue, Toyota RAV4, and Chevy Equinox.) After driving the CRV at another dealership and comparing the options that were standard on the CRV vs. the competition, I felt confident that I wanted the CRV the most, but the price was still a major factor. I brought in a Planet Honda lease internet ad for a crv that was much lower than the other dealers were quoting me. Ryan McKenzie walked me through the ad and all of the various taxes and fees that were not included (i.e. the fine print), then we compared the national lease deal through Honda. Through careful calculations and negotiating the value of my trade-in, we arrived at a price I felt comfortable with. Manager Mark Hernandez also showed me the breakdown of all the numbers, so I felt confident that I was getting a good deal. Ryan McKenzie was very personable and honest and I would highly recommend him to anyone considering buying or leasing a new Honda. Mark Hernandez was also very friendly and knowledgeable, and gave good advice on leasing vehicles. I signed the contract on a friday night and we picked up the car the next day (saturday). The dealership was quite busy on saturday, so it did take a bit longer to pick up the car than I had expected. But, they had coffee and cookies brought around and a St Patrick's Day contest where they were giving out money. They were also considerate about the time it took to get everything in order. Overall I recommend this dealership and will shop here again. More

I had a great experience. Al and Rick were great. Al is definitely the nicest and most genuine car salesmen I've ever worked with. I was in & out in less than 4 hrs and I had my 12 wk old son. I would have loved to negate a lower price for a 2010 CRV with 45K miles, but I knew that I wanted the car and it is in good condition, so I committed. The only problem I had was with the Finance Manager. After I completed the initial paperwork with Al and Rick, who were wonderful, I was told that it would be 5m until the Finance Mgr would come get me to complete everything. This was of acute importance to me since I had my son and was guaranteed I'd be out of there before he woke up screaming for his next feeding. After 20m, I grabbed Rick again and asked him to please expedite the process. He tried his hardest and said it would be another 5m. After another 15m, I was ready to walk out, but another Sales Mgr belted out at the Finance Mgrs and insisted someone take me know. With a scowl on his face, and not much more than a disgruntled "hi", he quickly spat out my paperwork and I left. So, Planet Honda needs to work on this to round out the awesome service I had up to that point. More
