HE IMMEDIATELY STARTED WORKING WITH US ON THE PAPERWORK AND I NEVER LEFT A DEALERSHIP SO SATISFIED THE WAY I LEFT PLANET HONDA THAT NIGHT. I WAS SO SO HAPPY THE WAY LUIS CUBI TOOK CARE OF US, THAT I TOLD HIM THAT I AMCOMING BACK TO TRADE IN MY 2010 NISSAN FOR A HONDA PILOT BECAUSE OF THE WAY HE TREATED US WAS IMPECCABLE.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO WELL IN ANY DEALERSHIP THE LUIS CUBI TREATED US AT PLANET HONDA. I must say that i have the best experience ever buying a car from planet Honda. Spencer was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Planet Honda is by far the worst dealership I ever dealt with. First they will quote you online a price too good to be true, and a lot less than most other Honda dealerships. Then when you come in you are with. First they will quote you online a price too good to be true, and a lot less than most other Honda dealerships. Then when you come in you are surprised to fine out that all of their cars come with a 'appearance package" $995.00 for door edges and pinstripes. Come on, these items cost less than 100 bucks if you really wanted them you can install yourself. No, they force you to take the package because its on all of their cars. This is a bunch of B.S. and I never heard of this at any other Honda dealership. Then they add on a Nitrogen fee of $60, then their Window Etching package of $399. It doesn't stop there, a protection car package if you lose your keys for $300. Only a careless person loses the keys. Most of us would not add these extras they offer but Planet forces you to take them. They said it can not be taken off and they only sell you the cars with these items on it. What a rip off at this stealership and that's being nice. Needless to say I bought my new Honda at another reputable dealership that only charged me for the price of the car, taxes, doc fee, and registration which was much cheaper than their low price car they had initially offered. Please do yourself a favor folks, and avoid this place like the cold. If you don't believe me please go see yourself. More
