Lets just say that the people in Planet Honda do not know how to take care of their loyal customers as they say they always do. Also I spoke with the director of customer service Sue Lerch who didn't care to how to take care of their loyal customers as they say they always do. Also I spoke with the director of customer service Sue Lerch who didn't care to help me with my issue so she threw me to a Mr. Kelsey who is the finance director and was very ignorant and rude. Lets Just say I will not be coming back to Planet Honda again!!!! More

I picked out a vehicle from the "AAA" website and made an appointment to look at the van I was interested in. I was very impressed by the friendliness and the attentiveness of all the employees I and made an appointment to look at the van I was interested in. I was very impressed by the friendliness and the attentiveness of all the employees I came in contact with. They made me feel like a millionaire, including getting me a cup of coffee. My main "guy" was William, he was the best of the bunch. William was very professional, attentive, friendly and likable. In your business "likable" is BIG. Great personality, he was always very busy with me and other customers, but I always knew that even though he had many balls juggling, he was not forgetting about me. And he didn't. He did a great job, I would definitely recommend your company and William. More

My experience with Mr. Stephen Mains was excellent and he was professional in spite of the management being rude to him. I would recommend Steve for any one who want to do business with Planet Honda. However was professional in spite of the management being rude to him. I would recommend Steve for any one who want to do business with Planet Honda. However, the people in the dealer ship were cold to me when they say me 2 days later.I drove there to collect the head phones that were not present in the car. The dealer ship also stated the they are charging approximately $990 for cleaning the car and doing the 150 point inspection however they did not remove the sticker in the inside of the car that mentions the components, crash rating and mileage. over all the experience with sales is excellent except for Stephen's Boss. More
