Was recommended to Planet Honda from a co-worker. He put me in touch with Eddie Amorin who listened to my needs with early termination of a lease. Eddie was extremely helpful and understood my needs. Eddie put me in touch with Frank Talarico who called me within minutes to set up everything prior to my visit. Two days later I was in the dealership where Frank was awaiting my visit at the door. My experience was cordial and non pressured. Everything we discussed on the phone was on paper with no differences of numbers. After signing a few papers I was brought over to the Finanace Dept. to meet with Margaret Cummings who was warm, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Lets just say that the people in Planet Honda do not know how to take care of their loyal customers as they say they always do.
