I was referred to Planet Honda by Felicia Griffith in late February' early March of 2012. The sales associate she referred and the finance guy didn't really understand me or my situation and didn't put m late February' early March of 2012. I then went online through my then loan company and was contacted by an online rep who I explained my situation to and told them who I was working with and my work schedule. She sounded like she cared but her efforts were lacking. I received an email from cars direct to ask about my experience with who they referred me too and of course my response was negative. A day later I received a call from a familiar number but wasn't sure and didnt want to answer. The number was persistent. I finally answered and it was Shannon Rolph. She told me where she was calling from and I began my I was turned off story. She let me finish and then told me about this program called fresh start and talked to me like a person not a number. We had a terrible phone connection and she used an alternative method to communicate with me and we made an appointment to meet, even giving me a name of someone, Danny Boye, to meet with since I had limited time. As I arrived on the scheduled day I was ironically greeted by the rep who didn't understand my needs and concerns about two or three months ago. I did ask for Danny as instructed. Not only did I get Danny but I met Deborah Purcell who was in training. I had the most pleasurable experience I ever had looking for a car in my life. I was treated again like a person with a need and concerns that were respected not overlooked. I previously visited Planet Honda three times and called many more times to get no where early 2012. May 30th, 2012 was totally different. I came in with my trade in and a discouraged spirit but l left with a newer car and also couldnt wait to tell my friends about the new experience I had with the same car dealership from earlier this year. I have shared names with them in hopes that those that are serious about getting a newer or new car will call, visit and leave Planet Honda with a smile and a vehicle different than what they arrived in. I just want to say thank you again to Shannon, Danny, Deborah, Jaime, and Joe M. for being at work and helping me on May 30th, 2012. More

I could not believe how fast and easy the process was to buy my new car. Michael Hanna was amazing, he was very helpful and knows how valuable time is to his customers. I had the best experience at planet Honda! I was greatest by David with a genuine hand shake, told him what i was looking for and if he could accomplish it he would have a deal. I just purchased my 5th Honda Accord from planet Honda in Union NJ. I dealt with Jay , Eddie & Michael to complete my deal. I get such amazing deals and in particular Jay , Eddie & michael stand out taking care of my long term car needs while selling me a car at an amazing price and good prices on the extended warranty. speaking of which while its rare you need to use your warranty when you do the service dept. is always fair and on time and honest unlike many car dealers. I know a lot of these sites where reviews are written look to be made up but rest assured I really have found PLANET HONDA to be the best priced dealer out there and my loyalty to them is rewarded as every time i refer a new buyer to them I get a check for 100.00 and every deal for my own car seems to get better and better. the 2012 accord EX-L is the best deal I ever got and the apr was a low .9% for 3 years on the loan. BOTTOM LINE: GO TO PLANET HONDA FOR ANY HONDA NEEDS. THE PRICING IS # 1 AND THE SERVICE DEPT. IS JUST AS AMAZING. THIS 23 YR CUSTOMER WILL STAY WITH THEM FOR AS LONG AS I NEED OT BUY A CAR!!!
