I recently had the unfortunate experience of buying a car from Planet Honda. Everything from the start was mishandled. I purchased the car in April and I am still waiting for several issues to be resolved. T from Planet Honda. Everything from the start was mishandled. They do not communicate with you in a timely manner !!!!! Also be aware that the sales person took my drivers license and credit card to his sales manager. He held them for several hours as we discussed the purchase. This was very concerning !! I was told that I could get them back as soon as we finished the paperwork?!?!? IT WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE THAT I HAVE EVER MADE !!!! DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM THEM. I AM GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE NEW JERSEY CONSUMER AFFAIRS DEPARTMENT. More

If google had a option of zero star, I would have given that!! I was with my family to shop for Honda Accord and we were finalizing a deal with Loius (which imo was great sales person) but all of sudden an that!! I was with my family to shop for Honda Accord and we were finalizing a deal with Loius (which imo was great sales person) but all of sudden another sales person Nick showed up for no reason and started using slurrs (f**xxxxx) and telling us to leave. This was totally uncalled and inappropriate behaviour from most retarted sales person I have ever seen in my life!!! Nick should know how to deal with customers!! More
