I have also referred my own family members as the staff at Planet Honda is very helpful and knowledgeable on all Honda vehicles. I am absolutely sure I will return. The staff that I have been fortunate to work with knows me enough to cater to my personal vehicle needs. More
My aunt and I went to the dealer & got greeted by Stanely. We told stanely what we could afford and he made it happen. We went late but stanely stayed as long as it took to get our deal done . I just bought a new 2012 Civic EX Sedan from Frankie Talarico at Planet Honda via the USAA car buying service. Buying a new car couldn't be easier. The sales price is pre-negotiated between USAA and Planet Honda, so haggling is completely eliminated. Frankie was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He was assisted by Mark Hernandez, who also was great. One little gotcha, which I take complete responsibility for not catching, was the inadvertent purchase of the "safe & secure package (optional)" for $299. It is entered on the purchase agreement above the "Total price of vehicle" line, thus leading you to believe it has already been added into the total price, but it actually added below. I missed that and in my haste didn't realize that I was paying for such an option. I caught the mistake when I was filling out the various and sundry forms to take delivery of the car but it was too late to remove as I had already signed the purchase agreement. Not a big deal, but I really didn't want the option and felt like I had just thrown away 300 bucks. Overall though the experience was great, the purchase quick and easy. Frankie, Mark and the rest of the crew at Planet Honda were a pleasure to deal with. As I was getting ready to drive off Frankie set up my phone's Blue Tooth and loaded my phone book into the Civic's database. I made my first call on the way home. Super! I'd definitely use them again. More

Mario was great to work with. He helped me select an excellent car. The way he did this was that he listened to me. I had been at three dealers prior to seeing Mario. Each one was unwilling or incapable of helping me select the right car. I have purchased many cars in the past and expect the "up sell." I hate to be pushed into a gross "up sell" which is exactly what the other dealers tried to do. I had to trade in a 1999 Nissan Maxima. Mario helped me to obtain a reasonable trade-in value. And because Planet Honda offered the option of Hann leasing for a buyer with good credit, me, I was also able to get a fair price. I look forward to working with Mario in the future and would recommend any friend or family member to buy from him. Thanks Mario! More
