The one disappointing aspect of the transaction is regarding a dealership policy. The dealership automatically adds the "appearance package" to every vehicle, which includes pin striping, wheel locks, and door edge guards at $995. Also, "Nitrogen" was added to the vehicle, where air is removed from the tires and replaced with Nitrogen and the valve stem caps are replaced with fancy metal chrome caps with "Nitrogen" logo, which adds another $59.99. I was able to negotiate down the $995 down to $528. But, the $59.99 for the Nitrogen remained. My preference would have been to purchase the new vehicle without "Nitrogen" and without the "Appearance Package". After establishing the price for a vehicle, it is not a pleasant surprise to find out about these mandatory dealership price adders at the end of the deal. More
