I visited this dealership in October 2012 for a transmission oil exchange for my Honda Pilot. I feel very comfortable in driving out from Long Beach, Long Island to Planet Honda for certain check u transmission oil exchange for my Honda Pilot. However, on October 29,2012, my Honda Pilot got flooded in my driveway with hurricane Sandy and was totalled. I made several phone calls to dealers and also did my research on line in getting a replacement. Today, I went to Planet Honda NJ.at approx. 10.30 a.m. .... I drove back home with a Pilot Touring. This is my second purchase there I am very satisfied with the way the salesman handled my transaction. We were indecisive at times, but Kaleem was very patient with us. I hope to continue doing business with Planet Honda in the future and would also recommend my family and friends to go the extra mile to a dealer who puts customers first. More

I was in a terrible car accident three weeks ago and was referred to Planet Honda for repairs to my truck. However, due to the extensive damage my truck was deemed a 'total loss'.  With no other recourse b referred to Planet Honda for repairs to my truck. However, due to the extensive damage my truck was deemed a 'total loss'.  With no other recourse but to get another vehicle I decided to purchase another used vehicle. So within a four day span I visited a few other used and new car dealerships. I felt like a 'target' most places I went and was given mediocre options.  As a result, an employee from Planet Honda( Ms.Tamara) said, 'just give us a chance to see what we can do for you.' She then referred me to a salesman on the floor. From the moment I met Yusef Baghdadi and shook his hand, I felt reassured that I was finally in the right place. He 'worked his magic' and instead of a used vehicle, he was able to put me into a new 2012 Honda Civic. When I didn't think the situation couldn't get any better. I was introduced to Joe Messina (finance gentlemen).  Their professionalism, honesty, and courtesy was phenomenal. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to any and all. Let me preface this review by saying that I have always hated buying cars! Three years ago Planet Honda changed my opinion of car-buying. Three years ago, I went into Planet Honda to simply look at the Pilot. I had no intention of leasing the car as my husband was not with me. Several hours later I walked out of the dealer with a 2011 Pilot. This past weekend I returned to Planet Honda to trade in my lease. My husband arrived at the dealer before I did and texted me that the dealership was mobbed and we would likely be waiting forever! He suggested that we come up with a 'Plan B' after I arrived. I parked my car and was walking through the parking lot to meet my husband when I was approached by Frederick. He was very polite and not at all pushy. I told him what I was looking for and expressed the importance of getting the correct color. Frederick walked us through the entire dealer lot looking for the correct car in the correct color! After a review of the computer, he told me they did not have the model I wanted in the color I wanted. Frederick and the financing crew were able to get me an upgraded model in the correct color at the right price! I would absolutely recommend Planet Honda, and Frederick, to my family and friends. And I have faith that they would be taken of just the same way I was. More
