The salesman that helped me, Mr. Castillo, was great, very genuine and direct. Which is something I really appreciate. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because the finance Castillo, was great, very genuine and direct. Which is something I really appreciate. The only reason I did not rate 5 stars was because the finance person I sat with, Mr. Bonilla wasn’t as genuine as the performance he put on. I get people get commission from sales that they do, but that doesn’t mean you treat someone unfairly if they don’t want a product or, worse, unable to afford the product that is being presented to them. Usually with signing any documents with any company/establishment, they usually explain each document you sign. He seemed peeved off and his tonality, and demeanor negatively changed. It was very obvious and not good for the business. I work in sales as well but I don’t treat a prospective client or customer unmannerly. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. But overall my experience with the car salesman was phenomenal. More
