No notice re when car done and not getting car back timely I’d recommend with the caveat your vehicle is fairly new. Seems the older it gets the more the service declines. I took my 2011 Lincoln MKZ in at 7:30 AM on 01/20/20 for 25,000 Mike servicing though still having under 24,000 mi. on it because my heater wasn’t working. My A/c was fine. They asked if I’d seen any leaks and I told them no. The rep who took my car in said they’d run it over to A/C part and check it, let me know what they found and do the servicing. No word by 3:30 so I called. Oh the servicing was done but needed still to go to A/C. Told rep I needed my car by 2:00 next day as MRI appt. no guarantee that could be met. Depends on what’s wrong which I understood. The possibilities were frightening cost-wise. By 11:00 next AM no info. Called and rep was waiting to hear from technician. At 4:00 I called back and was told my paperwork wasn’t finished yet. I asked if it was done and was told yes and then there was a problem with it being on cusp of shuttle running. Please, does everyone pick up their car before that time. Anyway she said they couldn’t replicate the problem and heater was fine. Seems the Freon overflow tank had been empty therefore leading them to believe a leak existed. When the servicing had been done they had topped that off and the heater was in fact fine. My previous experiences there were much better. When I heard I wouldn’t get my car back in time for MRI I asked about a loaner and was told none were available for at least 3 weeks. This has left a bad taste in my mouth. Did my request for service “fall through the cracks?” More

Time was a factor, but service was good The part to be replaced under warranty took a couple of months to come in. Luckily, it was not vital to the vehicle being usable. The part was the APIM for the radio/navigation system. Once the part came in, we made an appointment to bring the vehicle in for repair. Brought it in early in the morning (7am) and never received a call that it was ready. At 3pm, I called and they said vehicle it ready. Then about 10-15 minutes later, I received a call stating "we can't release vehicle to you, until the warranty company sends us payment"!! Sounds like they we holding my vehicle hostage!! About 1-1/2 hours later, I received a call that they had received payment and we could pick it up now. I arrived to pick my vehicle up and paid my portion, then it took about 30 minutes for them to bring my vehicle to the front. This was disappointing, since my Wife and Daughter were waiting to go somewhere in the vehicle. Granted, this was the first negative experience at this dealership, and have had worse at others. This is why I am still rating as average. More

I stayed at the lobby and use my phone since they offered free wifi. My vehicle was done after one and half hour and I got 15% off my bill with the coupon. Justin provided excellent service. More
