Black label service All in all the service has been excellent. The people sent out to pick up and deliver my car have been patient and on time. After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a maintenance package, and extended warranty. Whether I was told this upon purchase I have no clue. BUT I have had my vehicle serviced at either the dealership or Quick Lane for every oil change and rotation, NO ONE has ever told me that I did not need to be paying for oil changes, etc. (approximately $300). Next time I go back, I will make sure that David is there to assist me. More
