Planet Ford - Service Center

I have been a Ford man all my life and I've never had a bad one. I was tempted only once and bought a Dodge Ram when they first came out. I was a very good truck, but I kept it for less than a year and w bad one. I was tempted only once and bought a Dodge Ram when they first came out. The people at Planet are the greatest and have always treated me well. More

Black label service All in all the service has been excellent. The people sent out to pick up and deliver my car have been patient and on time. After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a mai My Service Adviser at Quick Lane, David Lossow was absolutely the BEST!!! After 3 years of owning my vehicle, David explained to me that I have a maintenance package, and extended warranty. Whether I was told this upon purchase I have no clue. BUT I have had my vehicle serviced at either the dealership or Quick Lane for every oil change and rotation, NO ONE has ever told me that I did not need to be paying for oil changes, etc. (approximately $300). Next time I go back, I will make sure that David is there to assist me. More
