Glove Box Rifled Through, Items Missing Usually, before leaving Dealership, I check My tires pressure before leaving with My Gauge. Not being able to stay out to do so this time, tire pressure was not checked by Me! My Gauge did have a nice Buttoned down case! It no longer has that Case! My Tire Key Lock was ripped from the original packaging and the Lug rolled back and forth in my Glove box until the "NOISE" was discovered! I keep my Flex Neat and Clean, Especially the Glove where I also have a Copy of Insurance! Now the Nice Package the Tire Key Lock was in is Ripped, doesn't stay together as it once did, and my Tire Gauge Case is no where to be found. Very Displeased with workmanship, treatment of Flex, and my Glove Box. There is another reason for me now to check things Twice after receiving Quick Service at Planet Ford! More

Super duty truck maintenance I was leaving to go on a long trip and needed oil and filter changed as well as tire rotation and replacement of fuel filters. Service Visit Had a service visit for an oil change and tire rotation. Wendy remembered me from my last visit and she checked me swiftly. The waiting room is nice and comfortable. They offer snacks and drinks while you wait...a nice touch. When my vehicle was complete, Wendy texted me and checked me out quickly. Very professional. I have experienced other dealerships and I can say this is the nicest of all...the people, the buildings...first class all the way. Thank you. More
I liked the car, but the service is terrible. The vehicle was serviced and then we left town. Found out the oil was leaking due to the service people didn't tighten the cap. Took it back and was told that there was a possible coolant leak. That department was backed up 6 to 8 weeks. That is a RED FLAG. So many defective cars. We were offered a loaner, but our car was going to be out of commission for that many weeks or more. We bought a new car from someone else. The car was always serviced at Planet Lincoln, because we bought a service policy. We never saw the same people. We never got to know anyone. More

They got me in and out pretty quick and even rotated t My experience at the quick lube center was much better than at the dealership's service center. They got me in and out pretty quick and even rotated the tires which was not done both times I went to the actual dealership service center to get my service done. Now I just have to make time to take it back so the service department at the dealership can fix the power ports and the USB ports in my center console that they messed up when they fixed my leaking A/C. More
